Authorities say a person was hit and killed by a BART train in the East Bay Monday morning.
The person was hit by a train at the El Cerrito del Norte Station, authorities said.
The Richmond and El Cerrito del Norte BART stations were closed earlier today due to the investigation but both stations have since reopened.
No other details were immediately available.
