SAN JOSE (KRON) — In San Jose, residents are allowed to wash their cars as long as they use a shut off nozzle…and if they are using their own water.
It seems that’s not always the case.
Two people in east San Jose, John and Nancy, were reviewing the security camera video at their house when they saw a man come to their driveway and wash his car.
