OAKLAND (KRON) — The City of Oakland wants you to see how much progress the city has made by showing the world how it is attracting high-tech companies to the city.
They show off how a fountain near downtown has been restored and other economic advances, but there is one side some people hope you never see.
Stanley Roberts explains what that is. He visits 89th Avenue and G Street in East Oakland.
