SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — While there are exceptions to the hands-free rule, a red light isn’t a free for all to get all your texting done. Stanley Roberts visited some of San Francisco’s most dangerous intersections and got a first hand view of who’s culpable.
Turns out texting drivers aren’t the only ones to blame. Cyclists and pedestrians were spotted distracted as well– with ear buds in and eyes averted.
