SAN MATEO COUNTY (KRON) — People say the darndest things when they get caught on camera doing things they probably should not be doing.
That is apparently what happened when Stanley Roberts talked to some of the drivers who were caught in a surprise driver crackdown on the San Mateo Coast.
Some of the drivers caught up in the surprise San Mateo County STEP crackdown had a lot to say.
There was one driver who was passing a car at 70 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone, and when Officer Perez tried to hand stop her, she kept going.
