FAIRFIELD (KRON) — You may have heard about package thieves and even mail thieves.
But there is a man on the loose in Northern Californa who has police in two cities, miles apart, scratching their heads.
You probably would not believe it yourself if it was not for the fact that he was caught on camera more than once.
