SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The signs are up, but drivers are still not paying attention.
We are talking about a busy stretch of Powell Street in San Francisco, which is closed to personal vehicles.
So, we sent Stanley Roberts out to get a closer look.
Unless a sign reads free money or shoe sale, Stanley says no one reads signs, and he said he has proven that fact over and over again.
