It’s a problem that can cost you money, most likely when you don’t see it coming.
Many people have tickets show up in the mail and don’t remember where it came from.
Some think that signs placed on the San Francisco streets are just decorations, according to Stanley Roberts.
He followed people around a busy intersection in downtown San Francisco to catch drivers not following rules and becoming a part of People Behaving Badly.
