SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — There are people who believe that if you make the fines higher when it comes to parking violations, It will cut down on bad behavior.
Some others believe the fines are steep enough.
Then, there are people who find out the hard way when they are handed one of the most expensive parking tickets in all of the Bay Area–disabled placard abuse.
