EAST PALO ALTO (KRON) — When drivers get pulled over by police, sometimes they can’t help but plead their case.
That is something that happened over and over again in an East Palo Alto police traffic crackdown.
One driver’s excuse was so unbelievable, even the passenger appeared stunned.
It is all part of STEP, which is short for Saturation Traffic Enforcement Program.
