SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — There are more than 300 miles of bike lanes throughout San Francisco alone.

Bicycle lanes are one of the most misused lanes in the Bay Area, usually by drivers of 4,000-pound cars. Drivers and taxis sometimes use them as shortcuts.
