SAN RAFAEL (KRON) — The new SMART train in the North Bay is expected to launch in late spring of next year.

It will connect Santa Rosa to San Rafael.

Recently, test trains have been running.

But unfortunately, not all drivers and pedestrians seem to be aware of what’s going on.
