SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A San Francisco police cruiser became the center of attention on Fisherman’s Wharf, all because of one man.

The man, who was taken into custody, is accused of smearing some kind of “foreign” matter on the windshield of a San Francisco police Lieutenant’s car, right on the driver’s side.

According to witnesses, that same man also urinated on the door handles.

The Lieutenant was having lunch at Fisherman’s Wharf when her phone started blowing up.

At first police thought that coffee had been smeared on the windshield, but after further review, police thought it might be something else.

Deciding to err on the side of caution, the car was deemed a biohazard.

Police personnel started documenting the cruiser and writing reports while they waited for a tow truck to take the vehicle.

The man accused of doing this was taken into police custody; not just for defacing a police car. He’s also accused of walking into a shop and trying to kiss and employee. He then allegedly exposed himself when he was spurned.

The police cruiser became a tourist attraction, with people taking pictures of what was on the car, and in some cases, even selfies.
