FREMONT (KRON) — A peeping Tom was spotted Tuesday outside a Fremont house, according to police.
A woman at a house in the 400 block of Rancho Arroyo Parkway reported the incident to Fremont Police.
The female victim spotted a man peering into her window and watching her. She screamed and the suspect fled the scene, police said.
The woman described the suspect as a Hispanic male with short dark hair, a mustache and dark eyes.
