OAKLAND (KRON) — The California Highway Patrol said on Monday night that a pedestrian was killed on Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland.
The crash happened at around 9:20 p.m. on southbound 880 at the Oak Street on-ramp, the CHP said.
A Sig-Alert has been issued at around 9:43 p.m., and four lanes are blocked on the roadway. Drivers are told to expect delays.
No other details have been made available by police.
