SANTA ROSA (KRON) — Officers with the Santa Rosa Police Department are looking for a driver who hit a pedestrian Thursday, April 2.
A 46-year-old man was crossing the street on Dutton Avenue at Bellevue Avenue when he was hit by a white van.
The van stopped for a bit, before leaving, heading east on Bellevue Avenue and then northbound on Corby Avenue.
The man’s foot was hurt so badly that he couldn’t walk.
He was taken to the hospital where he needed surgery.
The driver was possibly a female with long hair.
The van is described as white van, possible a newer Toyota with paper plates.
