Patrol seizes more than $600K in pot on Ohio highway

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKBN) – A traffic stop in Ohio turned out to be more than troopers bargained for after they found over 189 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle.

Troopers stopped a pickup truck with California plates for following too closely on Interstate 80 in Lake Township. A search of the truck and the car-hauler it was pulling turned up 152 packages of hydroponic marijuana inside seven plastic totes.


The marijuana has an estimated value of $634,320,

Troopers arrested Cody C. Inman, 27, of Colfax, California. He is charged with possession and trafficking in marijuana.
