A 10-year-old in North Carolina was punished by his teacher for calling her “ma’am.”
Tamarion Wilson was made to write the word “ma’am” four times per line on both sides of a piece of paper.
Apparently, the teacher did not want to be called ma’am and so handed down the punishment to the boy.
The teacher told Tamarion during the encounter if she had something, she would have thrown it at him.
Wilson’s mother requested her son change classrooms, which the principal agreed to do.
