PALO ALTO (KRON)—A woman robbed a Palo Alto bank Tuesday morning leaving on foot with an unknown amount of cash.
The robbery happened around 10:20 a.m. at the Star One Credit Union located on 3903 El Camino Real.
The woman went into the bank and demanded the teller give her money. The teller did as the suspect asked.
When officers arrived on scene, they were not able to find the woman.
She was last seen running on the 400 block of Ventura Ave.
Witnesses describe the suspect as a black woman in her 20s or 30s standing about 5 feet 10 inches tall. She has long, black hair.
The woman was wearing a black jacket and a light colored blouse.
