MARTINEZ (KRON) — Hazmat crews are on the scene of a road spill in Martinez on Highway before Franklin Canyon.
According to police a paint and oil spill has caused the right lane to close on the east-bound side of the highway.
The left lane was temporarily closed but re-opened around 7:33 a.m.
