Over 16,000 customers briefly without power in SF, Daly City

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) — A power outage affected over 16,000 Sunday night customers between San Francisco and Daly City, a PG&E spokesman said.

The outage began at 10:13 p.m., and ended a little over an hour and a half later at 11:58 p.m. according to PG&E spokesman JD Guidi.

Guidi said power was restored to all of the customers however the cause of the outage is still unknown and under investigation.

Around 16,700 customers were affected by the outage.
