PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A man has been arrested after allegedly sexually abusing a minor over a 10 year period.
Ronald Chandler, 39, faces charges of unlawful sexual penetration, sex abuse and 6 counts of encouraging child sex abuse.
The investigation into Chandler began after a now adult victim reported the abuse and possession of child pornography on August 10. The sex crimes unit found evidence in Chandler’s home on SW Division Street.
