SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — It is a story you will only see on KRON.
Ever since the penalties for some crimes were reduced, authorities said auto break-ins have increased a whopping 47 percent in San Francisco alone.
It has gotten to the point where some residents said they can simply look out their window and see someone breaking into a car.
But KRON’s Stanley Roberts is on the case, as he catches people in the act in the city.
