SOLANO COUNTY (KRON) — One person was killed and another injured when a train and a car crashed in rural Solano County Monday night.
The crash happened around 9:44 p.m., near the intersection of Fox and Hawkins.
Following the crash, one person was ejected from the vehicle and another person was trapped inside.
The person who was ejected died at the scene. Emergency crews were able to pull the other person out from inside the car. That person was airlifted to the hospital at the University of California at Davis.
