One dead after car drives off Hwy 37, into water in Vallejo

VALLEJO (KRON) — At least one person has died when their car drove off Highway 37 and into the water in Vallejo Friday morning, according to officials with the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at 1:58 a.m. on westbound state Highway 37 just west of Mare Island, officials said.

The vehicle drove off the highway and into the water, according to authorities.
