EAST SAN JOSE (KRON) – One person has died in an apparent drug overdose in East San Jose Wednesday morning, according to police.
There was heavy police activity around 8 a.m. near Donald J. Meyer Elementary School outside of a house on Winterpark Way at Ocala Avenue, a KRON 4 Newer said.
A picture sent in by the viewer shows a body bag.
A coroner and an ambulance were also at the scene.
Police later confirmed that the death was due to an apparent drug overdose.
