SAN CARLOS (BCN) — An aircraft crashed Saturday evening after leaving the San Carlos airport, according to the San Mateo County Public Safety Communications office and the Federal Aviation Administration.
A public safety communications official said the plane crashed at about 8:40 p.m.
Initial reports said no one was injured, the official and FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said.
Gregor said the single-engine Sequoia Falco, tail number N805SH, went down after leaving San Carlos with one person on board.
