SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) — More legal troubles for Asiana Airlines, as there is a new class action lawsuit from passengers of the 2013 crash at San Francisco International Airport.

The suit is asking for $30 million in damages on behalf of 53 passengers. Three teenagers from China also died in the crash, and 180 people were injured.

This is not the first lawsuit filed in the crash. Another was brought by 72 passengers and was settled for an undisclosed amount.

Passengers have two years from the accident date to sue.

Asiana Airlines is one of South Korea’s two major airlines.
