CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Police in Virginia have confirmed that a locally stationed pilot has been charged for allegedly recording a 16-year-old girl in a dressing room.
Police spokesperson Kelly O’Sullivan confirmed Friday that Jake Baker is accused of recording the girl without permission in a dressing room at an Old Navy store on Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake.
O’Sullivan also confirmed that Baker, 31, is a pilot in the U.S. Navy stationed at Oceana Naval Air Station.
Baker was arrested on June 15 and is charged with unlawfully filming, videotaping or photographing a minor, court records show.
He is also facing a misdemeanor charge for using a peephole to secretively or furtively spy into a dressing room or locker room.
Baker is due in court for a preliminary hearing in September.
