The man suspected of killing a couple at a hotel on the Strip in Las Vegas has been arrested, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department said.
The Los Angeles Fugitive Squad took 31-year-old Julius Trotter into custody in the FBI Los Angeles area after a vehicle pursuit early Thursday morning.
Trotter has been on the run since allegedly committing a double murder on June 1.
According to police, two people were stabbed to death in their room.
Police think the incident may have stemmed from a robbery.
Metro Police made the disturbing find after the couple failed to show up for a tour of the Grand Canyon.
Police say they were here as part of a tour group with multiple people from Los Angeles.
