Mondelez Global LLC has issued a voluntary recall of Chewy Chips Ahoy after reports they may contain an “unexpected solidified ingredient.”
The maker of Chips Ahoy says the recall affects 13-ounce packages with UPC 0 44000 03223 4.
The recalled products have Best When Used By dates of:
- 07SEP2019
- 08SEP2019
- 14SEP2019
- 15SEP2019
The product was sold at retail stores nationwide.
Officials say the company has received reports of adverse health effects if the product is consumed.
