The Maroon 5 lead singer was one of the original celebrity coaches on the NBC singing competition.
He stayed on for 16 seasons.
“Voice” co-host Carson Daly shared the news Friday.
Singer Gwen Stefani, who is currently dating coach Blake Shelton, is set to make a return to replace Levin on the upcoming season.
John Legend and Kelly Clarkson are expected to stay on as coaches.
