“Mustache Cat” found abandoned in Fresno now has permanent home

FRESNO (KRON) — “Mustache cat” now has a permanent place to call home.

The abandoned kitten, nicknamed because of a black patch of fur shaped like a mustache above her mouth, was found last week in Fresno, California.

She was dumped inside a large box of items left outside a Salvation Army donation center.

The cat was taken to a no-kill shelter, which received dozens of applications from people hoping to adopt her.

The cat’s new owner said she will name the cat “Mustachio”.CNN contributed to this report
