SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco police have released the mug shot of a suspect accused of assaulting an officer over the weekend.
On Sunday, police said Joshua Boling was assembling a shotgun in the Western Addition neighborhood. When an officer responded, they said Boling slammed his head against a wall.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. on the corner of Bush and Octavia streets.
The SFPD said he resisted arrest and punched another officer in the face.
Boling is charged with two counts of battery.
The officer was treated for a concussion at a nearby hospital.
