Firefighters were able to extinguish a vegetation fire Sunday morning near Livermore, which burned between 5 and 10 acres, according to fire officials.
Alameda County Fire Department officials first reported the fire near Vasco and Los Vaqueros Road on Twitter at 9:47 a.m.
The fire was located in Contra Costa County, just near the border with Alameda County, fire officials said.
Firefighters from the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and Cal Fire also responded, according to fire officials.
No other information was immediately available.
