SAN FRANCISCO (KRON/CNN) — Slow down and take a deep breath–It is National Relaxation Day!

According to NationalDayCalendar.com, Sean Moeller founded the day in 1985 when he was in the fourth grade.

Moeller has suggested people not do anything of real value on Monday, like cleaning or hard labor.

Some options include lay in the sun, get a massage or facial, do yoga, or just unplug and unwind.

NationalDayCalendar.com recommends taking the day off from work if you can.

National Relaxation Day is observed annually on Aug. 15, according to the website.
