Milpitas police are searching for two suspects who broke into a home mid May.

According to the Milpitas Police Department, the incident occurred on May 19th around 3:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Clauser Drive.

Authorities say the homeowner heard the doorbell ring and ignored it because they weren’t expecting company.

A few minutes later, the resident heard voices inside the home and found an unknown woman and man in the hallway.

Police said both suspects fled from the house before they could take anything.

Responding officers discovered the front door was forced open.

The male suspect is described as being 20-25 years old and was wearing a white tracksuit with a dark colored hat.

The female suspect was last seen wearing a red T-shirt with a print on the front, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Milpitas police are warning residents to keep their homes secure.

Anyone with information on the suspects’ whereabouts is urged to contact the Milpitas Police Department at (408) 586-2400.
