OAKLAND (KRON) – A huge sideshow broke out Thursday night in Oakland.
A KRON4 viewer sent in a video showing what they said was a thousand people in attendance.
They say it happened on High Street and the Interstate-880 onramp.
There was a huge response from CHP and other agencies.
At this time, the CHP has not released any information on arrests.
