SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man struck another man in the head with a glass bottle in San Francisco’s Castro District early Tuesday morning, according to police.
The two men were arguing around 12:30 a.m. in the 4000 block of 18th Street when the suspect, a man in his late 20s, grabbed the glass bottle and hit the 31-year-old victim in the head, according to police.
The suspect fled after the attack and had not been arrested as of this morning, police said.
The victim was rushed to San Francisco General Hospital where he was treated for head lacerations. He is expected to survive, according to officials.
