Man stabbed in the leg during fight in the Tenderloin

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man was stabbed in the leg during a fight in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood early Wednesday morning, according to police.

The fight happened around 12:50 a.m. near the intersection of Polk and Eddy streets when one man stabbed the other, according to police.


Officers said the 22-year-old victim was stabbed in the thigh with a sharp object.

The victim was transported to the hospital and treated for injuries that are not being considered life-threatening.

Police said the suspect, described as a man in his 30s, has not been arrested and that the stabbing remains under investigation.
