SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man was stabbed in the chest and robbed by a group of men after leaving a bar in San Francisco’s Mission District early Tuesday morning.
The victim is described as a man in his mid to late 50s, had been drinking in a bar near the area of 15th and Valencia streets.
As he was leaving the bar, around 2:30 a.m., a group of three men approached the victim, one of them stealing his wallet and stabbing him in the chest.
The trio ran away with the man’s wallet, which contained credit cards and the victim’s state-issued identification car.
The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that are being described as life-threatening.
