OAKLAND (KRON) — A man was shot and killed in Oakland’s Fruitvale district Thursday morning, police said.
According to Oakland police, the shooting happened in the area of 33rd Avenue and International Boulevard, near from the Fruitvale BART station.
Police responded at around 3:40 a.m. and found a man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital but died there later today.
Investigators have not released any information about possible suspects or arrests in the case.
