OAKLAND (KRON) — A man was shot and killed early Tuesday morning in Oakland near the Fruitvale BART Station, police said.
Officers responded at 4:30 a.m. to a report of a man down in a vehicle on 35th Avenue near International Boulevard, according to police.
Police found a man inside of a car suffering from gunshot wounds.
Medical personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
