CONCORD (KRON) — A man robbed a woman at gunpoint in the parking lot of a Concord hospital early Tuesday morning, according to police.
As the woman exited her car in the John Muir Medical Center Parking lot around 7 a.m. the man approached her.
He robbed her and ordered her back in the car as he got into his own car and fled, according to police Cpl Christopher Blakely.
He was last seen driving the 2010-2015 dark-colored Sedan toward state Highway 242, Blakely said.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 20s who is 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build and dreadlocks.
Investigators are working to obtain surveillance footage of the suspect from the hospital.
