The man charged in the death of CHP Officer Kirk Griess and another man is out of jail after posting $90,000 bail on Thursday morning.
The arraignment of 36-year old Sean Matthew Walker, of Rocklin, has now been postponed until Sept. 12.
He is charged with gross vehicular manslaughter for allegedly speeding on the shoulder of Highway 80 while looking at his cellphone.
His Chevrolet pickup struck and killed Griess, as well as 49-year old Jaime Bueza Manuel, of Vallejo.
Services for Griess will take place Friday at 11 a.m. in Vacaville.
