RICHMOND (KRON) — One person was gunned down and two others have been hospitalized following a shooting in Richmond on Sunday afternoon.
Sgt. Nicole Abetkov said three people were shot in the area of 15th Street and Bissell Avenue at about 3:45 p.m.
One of the victims, a man, died in the hospital shortly before 6 p.m. this evening. The two other victims remained in stable condition, Abetkov said.
One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
Abetkov said an initial investigation indicated the shooting was the result of an argument that started between several people.
She said detectives are still speaking with witnesses and interviewing the suspect who is in custody.
