NOVATO (KRON) — Police are looking for a driver after a man was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Novato early Tuesday morning, according to police.
Novato resident John Krabbe, 64, was found dead at around at 1:17 a.m. on a southeast section of Rowland Boulevard at Redwood Boulevard, a few hundred feet from the on-ramp to U.S. Highway 101, Sgt. Nick Frey said.
Krabbe suffered traumatic injuries when he was struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Krabbe was wearing dark clothing and it was raining before he was struck, according to Frey.
