OAKLAND (KRON) — A man was shot early Thursday morning in East Oakland, a police spokesman said.
Officers responded at 5:35 a.m. to the shooting in the 8600 block of A Street, police spokesman Officer Marco Marquez said.
The suspect fled on a bike after the shooting and remains at large.
The victim is in stable condition, police said.
