SANTA ROSA (BCN) — A man was reportedly seen exposing himself on the campus of Santa Rosa Junior College Wednesday morning, according to campus police.
At 11:07 a.m., a college staff member told campus police that they had just seen a man standing with his genitals exposed by a tree at the southwest end of Garcia Hall.
Officers said it was unclear whether the man was urinating outside or exposing himself for another reason.
The man had reportedly been seen inside earlier, near the counseling department on the second floor of the Bertolini Student Center.
The man was described as being about 5 foot 6 inches tall with a medium build. He looked to be about 40 years old with dark, tanned skin and was wearing a dark beanie, a black SRJC hockey windbreaker and long, silver athletic shorts, police said.
