SAN JOSE (KRON) — Police in San Jose are investigating a homicide after a man was shot and killed Sunday night.
At around 11:51 a.m., police received a report of a shooting at the Mobil gas station located at 1465 S. Winchester Blvd., according to authorities.
A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the shooting happened outside of a gas station.
San Jose PD Homicide and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene and have taken over the investigation.
No arrests have yet been made.
This is San Jose’s 46th homicide of 2016.
